Caught up with Louis Massyn while in Welkom. Louis has run 41 Comrades Marathons and is currently training for number 42. Brad finds out what keeps Louis motivated and how he has stayed injury free over all these years.

Spoke to Rowyn James shortly after his appointment as race director of the Comrades Marathon. Rowyn, who is a former race director for the Two Oceans Marathon, has run 15 Comrades himself and tells Brad about some of the ideas he would like to bring to the Ultimate Human Race.
